Yes. An initial consultation with one of our lawyers is provided at no charge and without obligation. We use the session to assess your matter, conduct a conflict check, and advise honestly on whether Zogratihbu is the right firm for you. If we are not, we will refer you to counsel we trust.

Our fees follow the Solicitors' Remuneration Order where applicable, and are otherwise billed hourly or on an agreed fixed-fee basis. All engagements commence with a written cost estimate. You will not receive an unexpected invoice from Zogratihbu.

Our advocates are admitted to practise before the Magistrates' Court, Sessions Court, High Court, Court of Appeal, and Federal Court of Malaysia. We also appear before the Industrial Court, relevant tribunals, and statutory bodies including the Securities Commission and Bank Negara Malaysia where required.

For most matters, we complete intake and a conflict check within one business day and can begin substantive work immediately thereafter. Urgent matters should be flagged clearly in the inquiry form and followed up by telephone to ensure the fastest possible response.
